When will the hospital call me back?

Usually the same day during OPD hours (9 AM – 9 PM). Requests sent late at night are returned the next morning.

Can I choose the doctor and time?

Yes. Mention your preferred doctor, date and time in the form or on the call, and the desk will offer the closest available slot.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Previous reports and scans, a list of your current medicines, and an ID. If you have insurance, bring your policy or TPA card.

Is my information kept private?

Can I just walk in without an appointment?
