Samrijo Hospital was founded by Dr. Arun Kumar Patel, a general and laparoscopic surgeon, with a simple aim: to give people in Burari and North Delhi access to modern surgical care close to home, delivered with honesty and respect.

Many of the conditions we treat, such as piles, fissure, fistula and hernia, are ones people put off for months out of fear or embarrassment. We try to make the first step easy: a private consultation, a clear explanation in Hindi or English, and treatment that starts with the gentlest option likely to work.

What we do

We are a focused surgical hospital. Our main areas are proctology, gastro and liver care, laparoscopic surgery, urology and general surgery, supported by diabetic foot care, an in-house laboratory, radiology and 24×7 emergency care.

Where suitable, we use laser and laparoscopic (keyhole) techniques, which for many patients mean smaller wounds, less pain and a quicker return to daily life. Where conventional surgery is the better choice, we say so.
